Register for Seniors' Fitness at Woodcreek

Join us for 12 fun-filled weeks of Seniors' Fitness Classes at Woodcreek Community Association, 1991 Woodview Drive SW!
Choose either the Thursday evening or Friday morning classes, which begin January 10 & 11, 2019 for just $50*! Drop ins are also welcome for $6/class.

Class Format includes a variety of exercises for balance & coordination, strength and/or resistance training, cardio, core work, and flexibility. The only requirement is that you must be able to get down and up off the floor unassisted. 

What to Bring/Wear:                                                                          *The two classes may not be combined. 
1. A clean, dry pair of sneakers 
2. A water bottle
3. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
4. Bring a Pilates Mat if you have one (thicker than a Yoga mat)
5. A small towel 

Hand weights, resistance bands and basic Yoga mats are provided

About Your Instructor
Nancy Ehle has been teaching fitness classes since June 2012. Her credentials include a Group Fitness Instructor certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a certification as a Master Walk 15® Instructor through Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home. Her passion and love for fitness and for people shine through in her classes - you can't help but be inspired and motivated by her positive attitude! Originally from Pierceland, Saskatchewan, Nancy moved to Calgary in 1993 and has called this great city home since then. She left a 15-year administrative career with the railroad in 2014 to teach fitness.
