This is What Success Looks Like

Meet my good friends Kandi and Mandi, who were recently featured in a testimonial video produced by Walk at Home. These girls are a true testament to determination, courage and perseverance. Hear their story in their own words in the video below - even though it's still only a very small picture of their journey, you can't help but be inspired.

I love many of the things they say in the video, such as Mandi's comment, "I really am proud of that girl (referring to herself prior to the weight loss) 'cause she's the one that changed."

Both girls were quite shy and kept to themselves other than a few choice friends. They were able to watch each other come out of their shells as they transformed, both inside and out.

"We're now living the life we always dreamed of together."

The gals worked out using the Walk at Home

DVDs and joined Weight Watchers, which in my experience as an instructor are dynamite when you combine them. The sisters lost a grand total of 245 pounds between the two of them, and along the way shared their story in a contest on Leslie Sansone's Facebook page in 2013... and WON! They were flown to Florida to attend Leslie's very first live Walk Concert and it wasn't long before they decided to become Certified Walk Leaders... in fact, they were certified in (meeting Leslie Sansone for the first time)

Pittsburgh just a few months later!

Extra weight... gone. Hopelessness... gone. Depression... gone. Anxiety... gone.

"It's not just the weight falling off - it's discovering yourself as the weight falls off."

- Mandi
