CLASS SCHEDULE (updated Aug. 15) : Mondays 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. 

The current series runs until August 31 (drop ins are available) - NOTE: Class time on August 24 is 8:30 a.m. 

The next 8-class series begins Sept 7, 2026 running until November 2, 2026 inclusive. Space is limited, so be sure to register asap!

Exceptions:  There will be NO CLASS on Monday, September 14 - mark your calendar accordingly!

The hall door will be unlocked approximately 15 minutes before class start. 

Ways to Save**:

Referral Program - It pays to refer people! As a paid member, you can save $5 on your next class series by referring NEW members*. When you tell someone about the class and that person signs up for a full series, you will receive a one-time discount on your next series. The discount applies to future sessions only, and 1 referral discount per series - i.e., if you refer 2 people and both register, you save $5 on your next TWO series, provided you sign up consecutively and do not miss a series. No cash or rebate value, and the Referral Program does not apply to Drop-Ins. Past referrals are exempt. To qualify, you must introduce the new member to me at class so he or she can confirm the referral.  The Referral Program may not be combined with any other discount offering unless otherwise stated. 

*NEW MEMBERS are defined as people who have never attended a Walk 15 class at Tuxedo Park Community Association in the past.

Drop In Bundles - Save on drop ins by purchasing class bundles. Pay for 2 or more classes in advance and pay only $13 per class. These passes are non-transferrable and are valid only during the series for which they were purchased. They expire at the end of the series.  Contact Nancy at walkstrongcalgary@gmail.com.
