May, 2021 - With the ongoing restrictions related to COVID, all classes continue to be virtual, giving you the advantage of being able to work out right at home! Simply lace up your shoes, move the coffee table and work out using your tv, laptop, iPad, or other device! Live classes are available (see schedule below) as well as videos on demand.
Current LIVE Class Schedule:
Mondays 5:30 p.m. MDT - The Walk 15 Virtual Experience: 3 Miles (45 minutes) of Cardio followed by flexibility
Wednesdays 5:30 MDT - The Walk 15 Virtual Experience: 2 Miles of Cardio with or without resistance/strength training followed by resistance training for the lower body. Tools required: Resistance band, hand weights, fit cuff (cuffs that secure around your ankles - resistance tubing connects the cuffs - available on amazon) or ankle weights
Fridays 10:00 a.m. MDT - Move & Groove: Balance, stability, mobility & core! This class features exercises that improve balance and stability along with a short cardio segment. This leads into a session on the mat targeting all muscles of the core. A flexibility component ends off the session for a great overall workout! Tools: Pilates Mat
