Welcome to Walk Strong Calgary, a division of Witness 4 Fitness featuring Walk 15® - group exercise classes that give you miles of exercise in one room without equipment! These low-impact workouts are based on 15-minute miles (on average) and integrate a variety of moves in ways that work the entire body and improve mobility and stability. 

This program stands out from other group exercise formats for several reasons:

  • Our ‘Steps to Miles System' – the beat of the music is converted to mph 
  • The choreography is easy to follow, yet very effective
  • It’s an all-inclusive class – everyone can do it, regardless of age, size, or fitness level – if you can WALK, you can do this!
  • Low Impact, High Results - this is an activity you can do for the rest of your life  
  • We're a MOBILE Unit - we'll bring our services to your site!

We bring the fun to walking! The program is easy to modify if you are new to fitness or have mobility issues.
