Coronavirus UPDATE: July 4, 2020 6:45 p.m.

As of this writing, all fitness classes are continuing virtually, and I'm pleased to confirm the recent addition of a weekly Facebook Live Walk 15 Class available through Tuxedo Park Community Centre's page. Join Master Instructor Nancy Ehle each Monday at 9:00 a.m. for a calorie-torching 3-mile workout! 

Programs at Woodcreek Community Association and Evergreen Village facilities remain suspended; however, we've taken these classes to the virtual environment through The Walk 15 Virtual Experience! Walkers are finding it much easier to stick to their workout regimes due to the convenience of being able to work out with their 'live' instructor in the comfort of their own homes. Those who are more vulnerable to COVID feel confident in not having to leave the house to participate. Same great classes... new workout experience! Welcome to Walk Strong Calgary, a division of Witness 4 Fitness featuring Walk 15® - group exercise classes that give you miles of exercise in one room without equipment! These low-impact workouts are based on 15-minute miles (on average) and integrate a variety of moves in ways that work the entire body and improve mobility and stability.
